And in Monopoly everyone would have to agree with the made-up rules but would also have to understand the basic rules. Taxes can work in the same way. You have to understand the basic rules of how tax structures work. This workshop taught by Kevin Matthews,CPA will teach you the basic rules of tax structures and the rules you can use to reduce your tax liability.
