The Calvert County Economic Development Commission (EDC) adopted its first Five Year Strategic Plan in March 1997. Each year the EDC holds a Strategic Planning Meeting to review and update its Five Year Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan Update provides a focus on many of the objectives outlined in the strategic plan and serves as a summary of key program activities. It does not outline all of the Department's activities.
