The Department of Economic Development offers an array of services to the business community. Department staff acts as advocates for the County's businesses and those businesses looking to locate or expand in Calvert County. We work with a variety of agencies such as: the Economic Development Commission, the Economic Development Authority, the Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Development Center, the Tourism Advisory Committee, and state and federal agencies to provide assistance to businesses.
