The War of 1812 Re-Enactment & Encampment and Tavern Night
Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum, 10515 Mackall Road, St. Leonard. Re-enactment: 10 am to 5 pm, Tavern Night: 6 pm to 10 pm. Discover and experience the site of Maryland's largest Naval engagement. All ages will enjoy this living history event with American and "British" reenactors demonstrating battle reenactments and camp life. Historic craft demonstrations and hands-on activities. Adults will enjoy staying for Tavern Night, an evening of fun and festivities not to be missed. Come celebrate the "high spirits" of 1812 as you unwind in our version of a 1800s tavern. Games, song and lively entertainment! Come in period dress and receive a $2 discount on the admission fee. Food and beverage available for purchase.
