Economic Development Services

The Calvert County Department of Economic Development provides a number of resources to support the growth and development of county businesses. Free services include online commercial listings, confidential in-house counseling, marketing assistance, an ombudsman program, and training and educational seminars.

The county also offers an Incentive Loan Fund and Economic Development Loan Fund for well-qualified businesses, produces a number of publications annually, and the business retention program serves as an intermediary to local business owners in helping them to grow and succeed.
